Pan fry or microwave chicken breast strips according to package directions. Cool and dice.
Scatter feta, chicken, onion and peppers evenly over pie shell.
Beat remaining ingredients together to blend. Pour over filling in pie shell.
Bake on lower oven rack at 400ºF (200ºC) for 30 to 35 minutes or just until set and pastry is golden.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
